Dear Bentinho,
Why are you aware and I am not?
Whats the difference?
In case we all are aware,
what makes me “feel’
I am not aware.
:P

That's just a feeling/thought arising in your awareness :). It's THAT simple.

Simply don't believe in that feeling/thought and notice that you are aware. Let the feeling/thought be, let it be as it wishes. Just remain as you are and you'll see that it's just a thought arising in perfect awareness.

Hi fellow-awareness,

Will you please disclose the essence of fear. Not the “amigdala” type of fear

http://www.nytimes.com/1997/01/21/scien ... gewanted=1

or the fear when we stand on the shore of the ocean. When we stand on the shore of the ocean we are frightened of the possibility the ocean to swallow us. What I mean is the fear of unknown that makes us shaky and suspicious and urges for constant encouragement and protection.

Thank you all,
Galya

Dear Galya,

Could you perhaps be a little more specific? What exactly would you like an answer to?

Perhaps it is best if you create a new topic because this subject seems to be worth having its own forum-topic. So if you could please re-define your question to be a little more specific in what you wish to hear from me or others, and post it as a new topic, that would be great and you'll hear from me soon :).

Love,
Bentinho.
